Skull Cumulus Cloud

Skull Cumulus Cloud – Skull in the Sky

A human skull takes shape from billowing white cumulus clouds, suspended against a vivid cerulean sky. The brushwork is loose and painterly, giving the figure a sense of both formation and dissolution. Cool blues and crisp whites dominate, with soft grey shadows that lend the skull its depth and weight.

This piece sits naturally in our Macabre & Gothic collection, and draws equally from the dreamlike logic found throughout our Surrealist Art range. Collectors drawn to open skies and atmosphere will also find it at home in the Landscapes collection.

Sky Deep, Bone White

A skull built from clouds, floating in a bright blue sky. Unsettling and serene all at once. The kind of piece that changes the energy of a room the moment it goes on the wall.
